Domain Allowlisting

Are you experiencing difficulties accessing your Assessment Application? or issues uploading results from your laptop/PC to the Lexplore Results Portal? 

- That is probably due to firewall set up by your school or organisation, blocking parts of the internet traffic from your pc/laptop. You will need to involve the school's IT department in order to solve this.

To isolate the issue further, you can try using a Guest WiFi or a Mobile Hotspot.  If either of those work you know the issue is firewall related.

To give access to Lexplore, the IT department need to go to the Lexplore Domain Allowlist and ensure all necessary URLs are approved to prevent firewall issues.
