How do I access and change network settings?

Accessing and changing network settings.

In the top right corner of the Testing Application you will find the Network Settings icon. If the icon is green it indicates that everything is running correctly. If no internet connection is available, the network icon turns red.

An internet connection is required to log into the Testing Application, but you can continue to test the pupils without an internet connection if the signal is lost. All files are stored locally on your laptop/PC’s hard drive until they have been uploaded to Lexplore's cloud service.

If there is a problem with firewalls blocking Lexplore’s Internet connection, the ’Upload Service’ and ’Analytics Service’ symbols which are visible when you click on the Network Settings icon will be red. Please contact your IT personnel if this occurs.
