An account is created when you accept an invitation from someone in your school or someone you trust. It is also decided on management level what login method all users will have. Please note that an invitation is valid for 3 months from when it is sent. If you do not accept it in time, it is removed automatically and someone at your school needs to send you a new invitation. **This guide consist of the following:** - 1\. Log in with Lexplore Local Account - 2\. Login with Single Sign-on - 3\. Login to Assessment App (Various login links related to this topic in the bottom.) ### 1. Log in to Lexplore with local account 1. Open a web browser (preferably Chrome) and go to **[portal.lexplore.com](http://portal.lexplore.com/)** 2. Type in the email address associated with your Lexplore account. After you have clicked the button an **email** will be sent to the email adress  you entered. Please be aware that you might have to wait some time to receive the email. Below is an example of what the email looks like. Log in to Lexplore Portal (web) with Single Sign on 1. Go to **[www.portal.lexplore.com](https://translate.google.com/website?sl=auto&tl=en&hl=en-US&client=webapp&u=http://www.portal.lexplore.com)** 2. **Enter your email address.** Based on your email, Lexplore will then forward you to the login method your account is associated with. *If you would rather click through to your login method, you can click on **Other options** without entering your email.* **![](https://info.lexplore.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-27-2026-11-16-25-5782-AM.png?width=338&height=444&name=image-png-Oct-27-2026-11-16-25-5782-AM.png)** 1. **Email and password (Lexplore login):** Enter your password and click Login. You will then be asked to verify your identity with a 6-digit code that is sent to your email address. 2. **Other login method:** If your account is linked to another login method, you will be forwarded there. There you log in and then you are returned to Lexplore. You can find a list of the login methods we support further down this page.  When you log in via Single Sign-on (for example Skolon, Feide, Microsoft, Google or Skolfederation), you will not receive a verification code from Lexplore. ### **Log in to Lexplore Test Application (windows application)** First, you need a user account with the role as Examiner and/or Ambassador. With those roles you have the right permissions to access the Test app. Also, you need the Test application downloaded and installed on your laptop. 1. Open Lexplore test application from your computer. You can find it in two different ways: 1.
