What if the pupil monitor is unresponsive?

If the pupil's monitor is unresponsive.

1. Check that the power cable for the monitor is plugged into an electrical outlet and switched on.
2. Check that the power cable is properly inserted into the monitor.
3. Check the connection cable between the monitor and the laptop/PC is secure and attached correctly.
