Clear cookies and other web data

Here you can find out how to clear cookies in different web browsers.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy and security
  3. Click Delete browsing data
  4. In the window that opens, make sure the Basic tab is selected
  5. Select the time range: All time (to clear everything)
  6. Tick:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  7. Click Delete data

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
  4. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear now
