Product Updates - February 2026

This release focuses on making Lexplore easier to use in everyday school work. You can now report issues directly in the portal, results are clearer when recordings are incomplete and our Academy has been refreshed with a new look and more learning content.

Report issues directly in the portal

If something doesn’t work as expected, you can now report it directly in the Lexplore portal using the new Report Issue button.

Describe what happened and add a screenshot if possible. Your report goes straight to our support team so we can investigate and follow up. This helps us improve Lexplore continuously together with you.

Updated Lexplore Academy

Lexplore Academy now has a refreshed look and additional courses to support ongoing learning about reading development.

Some courses have also been divided into smaller parts to make them easier to complete - your progress is still saved, so you can continue where you left off.

Clearer results in the portal

To make results easier to interpret:

• Results are now shown even if only one of two recordings can be analysed
• It’s now clearer when results are filtered, helping avoid confusion when viewing data

We’re preparing future integrations that will allow Lexplore to connect more easily with other learning platforms.
