Are you experiencing difficulties accessing your Testing Application? or issues uploading test data from your laptop or PC to the Results Portal?
- That is probably due to firewall set up by your school or organisation, blocking part of the internet traffic from your pc/laptop. You will need to involve the schools IT department in order to remove it.
To isolate the issue further, you can try using a Guest WiFi or a Mobile Hotspot. If either of those work, then you know the issue is firewall related to your main WiFi connection.
To give access to Lexplore, the IT department need to go to the Lexplore Domain Allowlist and ensure all necessary URLs are approved to prevent firewall issues.
