What should I do if a message appears in the Results Portal advising that something is wrong in the analysis?
"Something went wrong and the recording cannot be analysed. Please retest."
If you receive the above message, please delete the recordings and retest the pupil.
For example, you can see that something went wrong in the analysis if the pupil does not have a calculated Reading Speed.
