What to do when a pupil doesn´t get a percentile score after analysis?

If you get the message"Analysis was not possible. Please wait and retest the pupil the following day", first wait and see if the recording is still being uploaded, and if not perform a retest.

If you receive the above message on a pupil's profile within the Results Portal, it means that the pupil's recordings could not be analysed for some reason. It may be that the analysis has not yet been completed for the two texts, therefore initially we would advise for you to wait until the next day to see if results appear. If the analysis is still not complete, remove the recording and repeat the test.
