If your pupil Excel Spreadsheet will not import into the Results Portal, please check the following:
- Ensure all the columns are correctly filled in according to the instructions given within the Excel template.
- E.g. The Name of the school needs to be named and spelt exactly the same in the Lexplore Results Portal as in the Excel file. If they are not spelt or named exactly the same there will not be a match, and the system will not proceed with the upload.
- When importing pupils for the second time (e.g. at the start of the new academic year), make sure that the same Unique ID is used for each pupil as it was when they were last imported. It is recommended to use the pupils’ Management Information System IDs or UPNs.
- The pupil may have an outstanding test planned, that test will be still available in the Lexplore Application. Contact Lexplore support to get their results published.
