How can I export pupils data?

It is possible to export data from Lexplore based on organisational level, school level and even class level, depending on what you have access to. Se full guide here.

Depending on the level at which you want to view and analyze the results from Lexplore, you can export Excel reports from the Lexplore portal. Here is an example where we have used our demo school to retrieve data from the MAT level.

Exporting Student Results

In the guide below, based on our demo organization, we have chosen to show how you can extract results at the organization level when all schools are included.

1. To export student results, start by logging into the Lexplore portal. When you are on the first page of Insights, you will see the button ‘EXPORT STUDENT RESULTS’ at the bottom right. Click on it.

 

If you have filtered down to, for example, a school or a class, the ‘Export’ button will be located in the same place as above—bottom right.

 

2. You will see a box with the option ‘DOWNLOAD EXCEL FILE’. It also summarizes the level (Organization, school, group, or grade level) at which the results are being exported.

 

3. You will be notified at the top right of your browser when the download is complete.

 

4. The Excel file will look like this. All parameters from the test sessions are included.

 

5. You can activate filtering in the Excel file to customize the report and exclude parts you may not want to work with.
