Is my Testing Application up to date?

You can find the version number of your Testing Application in the bottom left-hand corner of the login screen. You can compare that number with the one displayed on our Result Portal install page for software downloads.

It’s important to be on the latest version of our Testing Application to ensure you do not miss out on important updates.

If you would like to check your version compared to the latest version number, please follow these steps:

  1. Click to open the Testing Application.
  2. Check in the bottom left corner for your version number.
  3. Compare your number to the version number found within this link: portal.lexplore.com/install. On this install page, the most up-to-date version number of our Testing Application will always be available.

    If the numbers match you know you are up to date with the latest version. If you have a lower or different number on your Testing Application than the one displayed on the install page, you need to update. Please click here for more information: Updating the Testing Application

PLEASE NOTE: From version number 5.31 and higher updates trigger automatically. When there is an update available you will be notified by a pop-up message covering the screen when logging into the Testing Application.
