Welcome to Lexplore—the first of four recommended training programmes for every staff member. This module is a single, fast‑paced 15‑minute video designed to kick‑start your journey.

As a start-up of Lexplore, we recommend that you gather all staff in your school and familiarise them with the following:

• Purpose & goals – Why are we using Lexplore, and what outcomes do we expect for our students? 
• Watch the film together – Jot down key takeaways and questions. 
• Set expectations – Clarify roles, timelines, and support for each teacher‑led activity. 
• Plan ahead – Outline next steps for Lexplore implementation, including follow‑up training sessions and regular check‑ins on reading progress.
