Get started with Web Assessment in three simple steps

Getting started with Web Assessment is simple. You don’t need to change the way you work, and with a few simple preparations you’ll be up and running, ready to carry out the screening directly in your web browser. Here, we guide you through the process.

How to get started with Web Assessment

  1. Contact your municipal project manager: Let them know you would like to start using Web Assessment. The project manager will contact us at Lexplore, and we will activate Web Assessment in the portal. Once this is done, you can plan your screening as usual.
  2. Make sure the technology is ready: Review the technical requirements to ensure everything is set before you begin. This mainly involves checking the computer’s performance, webcam and internet connection.
  3. Complete the training (approximately 20 minutes): Take part in the short training session that explains how Web Assessment works. You’ll receive a clear walkthrough and practical guidance so you feel confident carrying out a screening. You can also share the training with colleagues who will be conducting screenings.

Once these steps are complete, you’re ready to carry out your first Web Assessment.
