Give staff access to the Certified Examiner course

As designated Lexplore Ambassador, you have permission to invite users and update user role. This also includes enabling staff members to enroll in Lexplore Examiner course prior to start assessing students. Here is the full guide on how to do so.

Facilitate access to examiner course by following these steps:

  1. Staff member need a user account in Lexplore. Add the person as an examiner in both the real school and the Training School.
Related guide: How to add a new role.
  2. The staff member logs in to Lexplore after accepting the invitation sent out to their email. They then proceed to: 'Explore' -> 'Academy'. Under 'My courses' the  "Become a certified Lexplore Examiner" have been added.

-> If they have the role examiner you can share this link below that will take them directly to the entire catalog of courses. Once logged in, they click the course named "Become a certified Lexplore Examiner" - Lexplore Academy - courses catalog

The first time a user enters the course catalog in Lexplore Academy the time for loading all the courses available can feel a bit long. It usually takes a few minutes before all courses are displayed.

Prerequisites for completing "Become a certified examiner course"

  • Usually completed within 3 hours. One part is practical training and in order to complete that access to Lexplore Test Application is needed.
  • Our recommendation is for the Test App to be installed on the staff members laptop. In order to do the practical part of the training, screeners need to have access to the Test application (we recommend that they install it on their laptops.
  • Examiner need acccess to required hardware to carry out assessments.  Lexplore Test Application only works with Windows operating systems.
