It is possible to export data from Lexplore based on organisational level, school level and even class level, depending on what you have access to. Se full guide here.
Depending on what level you wish to see and analyse the results from Lexplore you can export excel-reports from the Lexplore portal. Here you see and example on when we have used our demo-school to derive data from MAT-level.
Exportera Pupil result
In this guide below, based on our demo organisation, we have chosen to show how to withdraw results at the organisational level when all schools are included.
1. To export pupil results, start by logging into the Lexplore portal. When you are on the first page of Insights, you will see the 'EXPORT PUPIL RESULTS' button on the bottom right. Click on it.
If you have filtered down to for instance a school or a class the 'Export'-button will be located at the same place as above, to the bottom right.
2. You will see a box with the option to 'DOWNLOAD EXCEL FILE'. It also summarizes at which level (Organization, school, group or class level) the results are printed. The example below shows for a MAT.
3. You will be notified in the upper right corner of your browser when download is complete.
4. The Excel file will look like this. All parameters from test sessions are included.
5. You can enable filtering in the Excel file to customize the report and exclude parts you may not wish to work with.
