The error-message about Lifetime validation failed relates to time stamp issues on the pc. Here is what you have to do to get it resolved.
When you are trying to log in to any of our services and the login failed due to Lifetime validation error (see image above as an example) you need to change and edit the time on your pc.
1. Set the computer clock to the correct time zone and date. You'll find your pc time setting under Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time.
2. When you have made sure the time zone is correct on the computer, you can just cross-check that your internet time server (check the browser you are using) is also aligned with the same time zone, time and date.
If you receive the same error message after the time has been synchronised it may be due to some issues with your IT-environment and how you sync the time on your computers. The tokens we use only allow 5 minutes difference in computer time for somebody to be able to log in, to avoid hacking issues.
