      Unresponsive pupil monitor

      If the pupil's monitor is unresponsive check the following:

      1. The power cable for the monitor is plugged into an electrical outlet and switched on.
      2. The power cable is properly inserted into the monitor.
      3. The connection cable between the monitor and the laptop/PC is secure and attached correctly.
      4. If the monitor has an on/off button it should be turned on.
