What does "Analysis not possible" mean?
If you see the message “Analysis not possible” following a test in the Results Portal, this means that the pupil's results cannot be analysed for some reason. This may be due to the pupil sitting too close (closer than 48 cm/19 inches) or too far away (further than 80 cm/31.5 inches) from the screen and eye tracker, or that the quality of the recording wasn’t good enough (less than 70% quality).
