What should I do if pupils are not appearing in the Lexplore Application?

If the pupils are not in the Lexplore Application, this could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The pupils may not have been prepared for retest in the Results Portal. Please click here for further information about preparing for retest.
  2. You may not have the right permission to access the Lexplore Application. Contact the Lexplore Examiner at your organisation to discuss this further.
