What should I do if pupils are not appearing in the Lexplore Application?
If the pupils are not in the Lexplore Application, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The pupils may not have been prepared for retest in the Results Portal. Please click here for further information about preparing for retest.
- You may not have the right permission to access the Lexplore Application. Contact the Lexplore Examiner at your organisation to discuss this further.
