      Can't login to Lexplore Portal

      Step by step guide to login into the Lexplore portal when having issues. For example a white screen after trying to log in.


      • Make sure the spelling on the email address is correct.
      • Clean up old cookies and web data on your webbrowser.
         

        • Google Chrome:

          • Open Google Chrome and click on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.
          • From the drop-down menu, select More tools and then click on Clear browsing data.
          • Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows/Linux) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac) to open the Clear browsing data window directly.
          • In the Clear browsing data window, you can choose how far back you want to clear data. Select All time to remove all cookies and web data.
          • Make sure the checkbox next to Cookies and other site data is selected. You can also choose other types of data you want to remove, such as browsing history and cached images.
          • Click on the Clear data button to delete the selected data.

        • Mozilla Firefox:

          • Open Mozilla Firefox and click on the three-line menu icon in the top right corner.
          • From the menu, select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac).
          • In the Options/Preferences tab, select Privacy & Security from the left-hand menu.
          • Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click on Clear Data.
          • In the Clear Data window, make sure the checkbox next to Cookies and Site Data is selected.
          • You can also choose to remove other types of data if desired.
          • Click on Clear to delete the selected data.

        • Microsoft Edge:

          • Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.
          • From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
          • In the Settings menu, click on Privacy, search, and services from the left-hand menu.
          • Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
          • Make sure the checkbox next to Cookies and other site data is selected. You can also choose other types of data you want to remove.
          • Click on Clear to delete the selected data.


      • After you have followed the steps above, log in again using this link: portal.lexplore.com
